Butler Arms Hotel Waterville, Waterville

The hotel offers a cozy and quiet stay with exceptional service and a fantastic central location for exploring the South Kerry area and Valentia. The dining experience is nice, but could use a few improvements. Overall, it's a great value for the money.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel in Waterville. The rooms were spacious and very clean, offering a perfect view of the sea. The service was top class, although there was a small mishap with hot soup. The location was superb for exploring the South Kerry area with beautiful views of the bay, but it could get noisy at times. The dining experience was generally good, with plenty of choices, and the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

Ann and Deirdre at reception were particularly excellent. The location couldn't have been better, walkable to pubs and attractions, right by the water with free private parking. The dining experience was mostly excellent, albeit a slight taste issue, and the facilities were superb.
